Songs for the Lost & Found

Music for lovers of strange little things

For a long time, I was waiting for someone to tell me what kind of artist I was — a genre, a scene, a neat little box.

Eventually, I realised I had to define that for myself. I make music on my own terms, somewhere between indie rock, folk and singer-songwriter territory. Raw, vulnerable and tender, with guitars, stories and a strong sense of my own vision, from the music itself to the visuals around it.

Welcome to my little music corner. You’re gonna love it.

Basma draws from the old Balkan tradition of whispered healing charms, blending indie folk and guitar-driven storytelling. A song about inherited words, where old rituals meet a contemporary indie sound.
